How about this one: "I can answer for all the fictional bears that they can't answer for the other fictional bears," said Winnie-the-Pooh. Will it be one of the rare affirmative ones? :))
Hello Yulia - yes, it would be one of the rare affirmative examples if it wasn't for the fact that Winnie-the-Pooh and Rupert the Bear never got on, so it's unlikely that Winnie would ever feel able to speak on his behalf.
Welcome to Collocation of the Week - a site for advanced students of English. Each week I take a common word and look at five collocations of it, one a day. At the end of the week there is a short test where you can see what you have remembered. If you want a PDF of the week's collocation, press the link at the bottom of the page.

What about Paddington bear?:))
Sadly, Winnie and Paddington fell out over a jar of jam. There's a lot of strife in the fictional bear world, apparently.
